Jeremia 44:3

SV	Vanwege hun boosheid, die zij gedaan hebben, om Mij te tergen, gaande om te roken [en] andere goden te dienen, die zij niet kenden, zij, gij, noch uw vaders.
WLC	מִפְּנֵ֣י רָעָתָ֗ם אֲשֶׁ֤ר עָשׂוּ֙ לְהַכְעִסֵ֔נִי לָלֶ֣כֶת לְקַטֵּ֔ר לַעֲבֹ֖ד לֵאלֹהִ֣ים אֲחֵרִ֑ים אֲשֶׁר֙ לֹ֣א יְדָע֔וּם הֵ֖מָּה אַתֶּ֥ם וַאֲבֹתֵיכֶֽם׃
Trans.	mipənê rā‘āṯām ’ăšer ‘āśû ləhaḵə‘isēnî lāleḵeṯ ləqaṭṭēr l^a‘ăḇōḏ lē’lōhîm ’ăḥērîm ’ăšer lō’ yəḏā‘ûm hēmmâ ’atem wa’ăḇōṯêḵem:

AC	ג מפני רעתם אשר עשו להכעסני ללכת לקטר לעבד לאלהים אחרים--אשר לא ידעום המה אתם ואבתיכם
ASV	because of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that they went to burn incense, [and] to serve other gods, that they knew not, neither they, nor ye, nor your fathers.
BE	Because of the evil which they have done, moving me to wrath by burning perfumes in worship to other gods, who were not their gods or yours or the gods of their fathers.
Darby	because of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that they went to burn incense to serve other gods which they knew not, they, [nor] ye, nor your fathers.
ELB05	um ihrer Bosheit willen, die sie verübt haben, um mich zu reizen, indem sie hingingen, zu räuchern und anderen Göttern zu dienen, welche sie nicht kannten, weder sie noch ihr und eure Väter.
